PERSONAL - FLEXIBLE - MOTIVATING
Every athlete is unique and so is the way I coach.
My approach starts with understanding who you are as a runner. Through a lactate test or a field test, we build your personal athlete profile, mapping out your strengths and training zones. This forms the foundation for your training journey. From there, we work together to set clear and motivating goals.
I create a training plan that is tailored to those goals while staying realistic and flexible enough to fit into your daily life. Training is never static: I follow up continuously and adjust your plan as needed to keep you progressing while avoiding overload.
I use the TrainingPeaks platform to plan, monitor, and analyze your sessions. Data plays an important role, but it never tells the full story. My coaching is data-informed rather than data-driven; numbers support our decisions, but your feedback and how you feel are always at the center of the process.
Beyond training plans, I can also provide guidance on fueling and recovery, ensuring you’re not just performing well but also staying healthy.
Above all, coaching is built on trust. Open communication and mutual respect are the foundation of our work together so you can focus on what matters most: becoming the best version of yourself as an athlete.
